I was a little disapointed with the location of this hotel. The room itself was spacious and clean. It's advertised as ;across the street from the beach;. What is doesn't tell you is that the ;beach is always polluted with e-coli and salmonella & so for most people that would be considered unswimmable - although there were people in the water. The hotel itself offered had no. pool. They also offer a ;buffet breakfast in the morning for $ per person. They offered runny powered eggs, stale pasteries, and not much else - unless you were one of the lucky ones that were able to get 1/4 of a waffle when they brought them out every 10 minutes ;they'd bring 8 1/4 pieces at a time. We had better breakfasts at Days Inn's and Best Western Hotels and they were complimentary!!! In order to get to any other breakfast restaurants you would have to drive at least 5 miles and need to pay for parking in a parking garage.

My family and I just visited Toronto last month and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Lakeshore and everyone had a great time. As soon as we arrived, the check-in process was quick and we were able to get straight to our room to relax for a while. The view from the balcony was great as we were on the third floor of the hotel and could see the lake. Over the course of our trip, we rented a car and drove a short distance to Ontario Place for the kids, and we really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel, situated near a major freeway of Toronto allows for easy access to downtown Toronto which was another plus. While at the hotel, I was able to get some work done thanks to the free high speed internet. Lastly, we were ale to enjoy some meals at the hotels restaurant where I enjoyed a nice steak. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My sister who just moved to Toronto recommended I stay at this hotel when I went to visit her in May. I was impressed with the hotel staff, as everyone was friendly and very helpful. I used the fitness centre a few times while I was there and thought the gym was well equipped. The hotel also had a nice whirlpool, sauna, and steam room, which I was able to enjoy during my stay there. From my room, I had a great view of the Lake, which was really nice, and a beautiful site at the time of year I went (beginning of June). The hotel also provides free parking, which was good as many of the other hotels have a separate daily rate for parking. Given that I had a car, the hotel was conveniently located near a highway, which allowed for easy access into downtown Toronto within a few short minutes. The service at the hotel was great, and the staff was willing to help customers with whatever they needed to ensure the customers stay at the hotel was good. I plan on staying at this hotel again next time I go to visit Toronto.

Me and my husband went to Toronto very soon after we got married in June, and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton on Lakeshore. The view from our fourth floor room over looking Lake Ontario was beautiful. Since the room had a balcony we could just go out and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and relax. In terms of dining, we usually ordered room service. There was a wide variety of foods that could be ordered. We enjoyed all our meals delivered right to our room. The whirlpool and the sauna in the hotel were also very nice. We were able to spend a lot of time using these facilities which was nice. Also, the staff of the hotel were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for newly married people and young couples.

I may have had a better experience with this hotel, however the circumstances just didn't go in my favor during my stay. I was there in January with below freezing temperatures and the room heating unit was not functioning on my first night out of two. There was inadequate parking and I was told to park across the street in a municipal lot. This may seem like a non-issue, however it was snowing and accumulation was expected to be 13 inches. The municipal lot is at a lower elevation, therefore posing an accessibilty risk. I believe the hotel could have done better to address the issues I had during my stay. Otherwise, the room is relatively comfortable and well equipped.
