The location was excellent. A little hard to find the hotel as the number isn't facing the street so you might want to call ahead and get exact location. Rooms are small but fine. The concierge was very helpful. Would stay again.

What do people expect, four stars on a two-star budget? This hotel is a good deal for the money, and you're about a block and a half in a demi-bad direction from Yonge and Dundas, concidered to be the heart of the tourist area. Also, you're at the foot of the gay district, perfect for travelers who are interested. It is unfancy, very true, but everything works and it's clean and not hideous. The prices this year have been excellent there.

Great hotel in a great location. Right downtown next to the Eaton Center, movie theatre, hard rock cafe, bus tour, the trolley, and transit system. The concierge at the hotel on the weekend was wonderful. He suggested tours and places for dinner. He even checked the restaurant hotel to verify that they had my favorite meal and then called the driver on the tour to let me know. Took the tour to Niagra Falls! Worth spending a whole day at the falls not just a few hours. Overall, great hotel in a great location. Great security, you need the key card to use the elevators to get to your room.

Great Experience
10/23/2008Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and more than adequate. the location was ideal for downtown travellers. the service from the friendly staff was fantastic.
